the location is superb, very close to the beach. staffs welcomed me with warmth. i was also very happy with the welcome drink and snacks. the hotel is nearby to the kuta beach and just a few blocks away from kuta beachwalk!
the air-conditioner in my room was in a horrible position. it was very far from the bed and did not even face the bed. there is also no fan, so the bed area ended up being very warm. the room was quite dirty and there were stains on the sofa.

The rooms were large and surrounded by beautiful plants. front office personnel provide excellent service. They really try to assist you. the housekeeping staff kept the rooms very clean, i appreciate it. the food in the restaurant was also very good.
the room had a slight musty odor, and a few flies were coming from the bathroom area.

The staff were attentive and helpful, and they responded quickly to requests. I found them always smiling. partha, pamela, and mariano provided really good assistance . winaya was very helpful throughout my visit as well.

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. the hotel is right in front of the beach, this made it easy to take walks. shops and restaurants are nearby and accessible by foot.

The breakfast had a decent variety of foods. the hotel offered fresh squeezed juice every morning. the restaurant provides very good service, and the food i ordered tasted delicious. I was impressed by the presentation.

The location was fantastic. I loved the easy beach access with many sunbeds! I really enjoyed the hotel bar with great views. The food quality was also very good..
